Outdoors, unwind in the fully furnished private garden, play a friendly match at our professional ping pong table, take a refreshing dip in the modern 7 x 5.5 m swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, or savor a barbecue in the summer kitchen. For families with children, a portable safety fence can be installed around the pool upon request.

About the Property
Villa Habana is designed for comfort and relaxation, ideal for families or small groups of up to 8 guests. The house offers just over 180 sqm of bright, welcoming space across two floors.
Upstairs features four bedrooms — two doubles and two singles. One double has a private en-suite bathroom. There’s also a second shared bathroom and a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and distant glimpses of the sea.
The ground floor includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, TV, and dining area for eight, opening onto the covered porch. A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room.
All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans. For winter stays, conventional heating is available. WiFi is accessible throughout the house.
Outdoor Area
Enjoy the large furnished porch, a summer kitchen with charcoal and gas barbecues, and a spacious, enclosed garden. It’s the perfect setting for unforgettable outdoor meals and sunset moments.
The modern swimming pool(7 x 5.5 m, built in 2018) includes an integrated jacuzzi. For families with small children, a portable safety fence can be installed around the pool—please request this in advance.
